These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 666x (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the 666x online platform available at https://666x.io, including all associated betting markets, casino games, payment processing services, promotional programmes, account management tools, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a 666x account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with the 666x Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

666x reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To open and maintain a 666x account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players).
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or making deposits.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 666x or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 666x platform or had your account closed by 666x for breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.

666x reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. We may request copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account pending verification.

Each person may register only one (1) 666x account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, using different names, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits associated with them will be voided.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 666x will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Notify 666x support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

666x shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, except where such losses result directly from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

666x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that are registered in your own name. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 666x account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. 666x does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where a withdrawal cannot be returned via the original deposit method, 666x will contact you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the account's transaction history presents unusual patterns.

• Withdrawals may not be processed until all active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been fulfilled.
• 666x reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any funds deposited by error (for example, due to a technical fault on the Platform) may be reclaimed by 666x after notifying you.
• Currency for all transactions on the 666x platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

From time to time, 666x offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (such as Eid specials, BPL bonuses, and T20 World Cup promotions), and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the following general rules apply to all 666x bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates will be stated in promotion terms. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• One bonus per player: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳500 or the equivalent unless the promotion terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

666x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting low-risk mathematical strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the 666x platform — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, and special market bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sports — are governed by the rules set out in this section and by any market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 666x reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds and pricing: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Palpable errors in odds (also known as "palpable errors" or "manifest errors") — for example, a cricket match quoted at 50/1 when the actual probability is far higher — may be voided by 666x at its sole discretion, even after a bet has been accepted.
• Match abandonment: In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (such as ICC or the BPL organising committee), bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for that specific market, which are published on the Platform.
• Maximum payout: The maximum total payout for any single betting event or accumulator is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh taka) unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing for high-stakes accounts.
• Responsibility for bets: You are solely responsible for the bets you place. 666x accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect markets, at incorrect stakes, or in error on the part of the bettor.

Casino games available on the 666x platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and all other casino content — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the specific rules of that game as implemented and certified by its respective provider.

All casino games on the 666x platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be predicted, influenced, or reversed by 666x or by the player. Each game round is final once completed.

• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — 666x will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. In the event that a game round cannot be resolved, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Game history: Complete game history, including all rounds played, stakes, and outcomes, is recorded server-side and available to you via your account transaction history.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Stakes outside these limits may be rejected.
• Currency: All casino game results are settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) at the rate applicable at the time of play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other name.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing discrepancies for profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software or pricing error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider in respect of genuine transactions on the Platform.
• Attempting to access any other user's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 666x staff member or other Platform user.

666x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Requirement to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 666x's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, due to voluntary self-exclusion or business decision — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending withdrawals and any applicable verification checks have been completed.

All content on the 666x Platform — including but not limited to the 666x brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666x or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 666x.
• Use 666x branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement or association without written permission.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Platform software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666x shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or technical faults.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions you make about bets, stakes, or game selections while using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be legally excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and 666x makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

666x collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use your personal data for the following primary purposes: account verification and identity checks, payment processing, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotions you have opted in to receive. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the 666x Platform is protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Account data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. 666x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your ability to bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction. However, any legal proceedings in connection with your use of the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which you first became aware (or should reasonably have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim.
